I am a certified Naam Yoga instructor and have a tremendous love for studying the Divine Spiritual Wisdom found in Universal Kabbalah. I have been teaching yoga and meditation for 15 years. It is my belief to serve humankind is the highest calling. So in my teaching I work with the light of the sun in order to bring light to my students and everyone I come in contact with. My book Living Naam is ready to be published and I am in hopes it can be used as a tool to reach seekers so they can be introduced to the wisdom of Naam. I see blogging as a way I can teach without the walls of a studio and an economical way for seekers who live in small out of the way places as I have, and for those who have little money to seek out destinations for spiritual sustenance.
